1、加拿大陪审法对“审前偏见”的救济制度   摘要：加拿大的陪审制度属于英美式的陪审团制。为更好地实现审判公正的目标，加拿大自上世纪九十年代以来，开始重视对“审前偏见”的救济。“审前偏见”被分为“利害偏见”、“特定偏见”、“一般偏见”和“顺应性偏见”等四种类型，并有“司法指导”、“绝对回避”、“有因回避”、“改变审判地点”和“法官独立审判”等救济方法。加拿大的经验对于我国人民陪审制度的改革和完善，具有一定的借鉴作用。关健词：加拿大法律，陪审制度，审前偏见，司法救济一、引言加拿大的法律制度起源于英国，并在英属殖民地时
