3、olicy.Adlerbelievesthattheenterprisehumanresourcemanagementpracticesonindividualismorcollectivismvalueoriented.Theindividualismculturebackgroundoftheenterprisewanttohirewithpersonaljobskillsorexperiencetoengageinajob,theyencourageapplicantstoresumedeliverycompany.IntheU
4、nitedStates,AustraliaandtheUKindividualismculturecountries,enterprisesareusingthiswaytorecruitnewemployees.ButinJapan,Portugalandothercountriesinthecollectiveculture,thecompatibilityofenterprisesthatjobseekerstrust,loyaltyandcolleagues,theyarewillingtorecruitpeoplefamil
