1、中国当代医药2014年9月第21卷第26期·护理研究·高血压社区管理和综合干预对高血压患者的控制疗效研究郭开健刘美凤江西省吉安市青原区河东社区卫生服务中心，江西吉安343000【摘要】目的探讨高血压社区管理和综合干预对高血压患者的控制疗效。方法选取2013年2月～2014年2月本社区的257例高血压患者作为研究对象，为其建立档案，详细记录其当前血压和各项生化指标，在1年内给予运动、用药、饮食、健康教育、心理等指导，观察并比较干预前后患者的知晓率、治疗率、控制率、遵医嘱率以及血糖、血脂的好转率等。结果经有效干预后，患者对高血压的知晓率显著增高，其血压由(170~8)mmHg下降至(

2、135~11)mmHg，治疗率由30．7％上升至68．5％，控制率则由20．2％上升至40．5％，高血脂以及高血糖也趋向好转，干预前后的各项指标比较差异有统计学意义(尸l<0．05)。结论对社区内的高血压患者采取规范化的社区管理和综合干预不仅能够有效控制血压，还能够提高患者的生活质量，值得临床推广应用。【关键词】高血压社区管理；综合干预；控制疗效【中图分类号1R544．1【文献标识码】B【文章编号】1674—4721(2014)09(b)一0153—03Studyoncontroleficacyofhypertensioncommunitymanagementandcompreh
