3、onmoldingprocess.Inaddition,numericalsimulationtechniqueshavenowbecomehelpfultoolsofmolddesignersandprocessengineersfortraditionalinjectionmolding.Butallcurrentsimulationpackagesforconventionalinjectionmoldingarenolongerapplicabletothisnewtypeofinjectionmolds,mainlybecausethepropertyofthemol

4、dmaterialchangesgreatly.Inthispaper,anintegratedapproachtoaccomplishanumericalsimulationofinjectionmoldingintorapid-prototypedmoldsisestablishedandacorrespondingsimulationsystemisdeveloped.Comparisonswithexperimentalresultsareemployedforverification,whichshowthatthepresentschemeiswellsuitedtoha
