2、)warrantsthattheECM830isfreeofdefectsforaperiodoftwo(2)yearsfromtimeofdeliveryfromanauthorizedGenetronicsDistributor.Ifanydefectscoveredbythiswarrantyappearwithintheaboveperiod,Genetronicsshallhavetheoptionofrepairingorreplac-ingtheequipmentatitsexpense.
3、Suchrepairorreplace-mentshallbethecustomer’sexclusiveremedyforbreachofwarrantyorfornegligence.Thiswarrantydoesnotextendtoanyinstrumentationwhichhasbeen(a)sub-jectedtomisuse,neglect,accidentorabuse,(b)repairedoralteredbyanyoneotherthanGenetronicswithoutGe
4、netronics’expressandpriorapproval,(c)usedinviolationofinstructionsfurnishedbytheBTXInstrumentDivisionofGenetronics,Inc.Manufacturershallnotbeliableforanyspecialorconsequentialdamagesorforloss,damageorexpense(whetherornotcausedbyorresultingfromManufacture
5、r’snegligence)directlyorindirectlyarisingfromuseoftheinstrumentationsoldFree,hereundereitherseparatelyorincombinationwithanyfulltwoyearotherequipmentorfromanyothercause.warrantyTheabovewarrantyshallbeinlieuofandexcludesallotherexpressedorimpliedwarrantie
6、sofmerchantability,Twiceaslongorfitnessforanypurpose,orotherwise.Withoutlimitingthegeneralityoftheforegoing,Manufacturershallnotbeasmostliableforanyclaimsofanykindwhatsoever,astothemanufacturersequipmentdeliveredorfornon-deliveryofequipmentandwhetherorno
