2、、泰国的四人金融集团，香港的长江实业都是家族控制的企业。针对当前私营经济在中国经济中所处地位不断提高的事实，以及家族企业这种企业模式在企业中所占的主导地位，如何引导中国家族企业健康发展成为急需解决的问题。木文通过对屮国家族企业发展过程的研究，指岀了家族金业的优势和劣势，分析了制约屮国家族企业发展的因素，提岀了屮国家族企业的发展应从完善市场环境；建立公司制；实行产权社会化、多元化；制定适合企业发展的战略；重视、吸引和留住人才；发挥政府职能等几个方面入手的策略。关键词：家族企业；发展；问题；对策AB
