1、小儿肺炎支原体感染的临床护理效果观察［摘要］目的探讨综合护理干预措施对小儿肺炎支原体感染的临床效果。方法选取本院2012年1月〜2014年1月收治的46例肺炎支原体感染患儿，随机分为对照组与干预组，每组各23例，对照组给予常规基础护理，干预组在对照组的基础上增加综合护理干预，护理干预结束后观察两组患儿的临床表现与护理满意程度。结果対照组患儿的总有效率为82.6%,干预组为95.7%,组间差异有统计学意义(P〈0・05)；两组患儿干预后FVC、FEV1、PEFR均有所改善，干预组患儿的改善程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)；对照组患儿及其家属的总满意率为82.6%,干预组为95.7%
