1、论经济全球化与政府管理创新【摘要】：在经济全球化背景下，中国政府管理冇着种种的不适应，但在经济全球化又促使我国经济步入与世界经济深度接轨的新阶段。市场经济发展和贸易自由将在很大程度上影响我国政府的经济管理模式，这在客观上要求政府经济管理体制和行政权力作用方式及时改革，建立一个符合国际规则的运行机制和与国际惯例对接的经济管理模式。具体来说，就是要进一步改善政府与市场和企业的关系，规范政府管理经济的行为，提高政府管理经济的水平，以适宜已经并将进一步变化的管理环境，真正发挥好政府对国家经济管理的积极作用。政府管理创新是指一种能力，能根据时
2、代的变化、实践的发展而不断创造新的程序和模式的能力，这是我们必备的素质。目前我国正处在社会转型、体制传轨的时期，社会主义市场经济体系还不是很成熟、完善，因此，加入WTO,政府面临的挑战是全方位、深层次的，它将带来中国政府管理体制上的一场革命。即对于我国政府来说，现在最重要的是根据经济全球化的要求，加强政府管理的公平、公开、法制化等，以顺应时代的发展。【关键词】：经济全球化、政府管理、冲突、创新[abstract]：Inthebackgroundofeconomicglobalization,themanagementofChines
