1、·药物研究·2013年6月20日第22卷第12期DrugIdentificationChinaPharmaceuticalsVol.22,No.12,June20,2013高效液相色谱法测定丙戊酸钠的血药浓度胡琳(浙江省人民医院,浙江杭州310014)摘要:目的建立测定血清中丙戊酸(VPA)血药浓度的高效液相色谱法。方法血清用正己烷提取,α-溴苯乙酮为衍生试剂,环己烷羧酸为内标,采用ZorbbxSBC18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)为分析柱;流动相为甲醇-水(79∶21,V/V),检测波长为248nm,流速为1.0mL/min,设计个体化给药方案。结果内标环己
