2、ointsincoldaerodynamicexperiments.TraceglycolwasusedtoacquirethecontrailofOFAinthetraceexperiments.NumericalsimulationwascompletedbyFLUET.AnadditionofOFAabovethearchindown-firedboilerforthelow-NOxemissionwilldecreasethesecondaryair.Thiswillinfluenttheairvelocityoffuel-burningzoneandthecom

3、bustionoftheboiler.Thusit’sessentialforstudyingtheairvelocityoffuel-burningzonebeforeinstallingOFA.Thecontentsmainlycontaintwosituations:theangelofthesecondaryairjetwas0andtheangelofthesecondaryairjetwas25.IntheexperimentweusetheOFAjetformedbytwopipesinwhichtheairwasvorticalintheouterpipe

4、andtheotherwasstraight.FourexperimentswerecompletedbyarrangingtheproportionofOFA,10%,20%,30%,40%.Whentheangelofthesecondaryairjetwas0,theprimaryairstillformedW-shapeairflowinthefurnacealongwiththeproportionofOFAincreased.Anditalsoincreasedtheburn-outrate.Whentheangelofthesecondaryairjetwa

5、s25,theaerodynamicfieldinthedown-firedfurnacehadfewchange.Andtheprimaryaircouldreachthebottominthefurnace.It’snecessarythattheOFAaircouldblendintotheotherairinthefurnacewheninstallingtheOFApipes.ThestandardisthecontrailoftheOFAbywayoftraceglycol.Thustheemphasesistheeffectoftherate,theange

6、landthestructureoftheOFA.Therearethreekindsofstructureintheexperiments:onepipefromwhichthejetisstraight,twopipesinwhichtheairwasverticalintheouterpipeandtheotherwasstraight,FWpipe.Fromthetracephotographswecanconclude:therateis20%atlowest,thebestangelis30,thebeststructureisthesecondkindinw
