1、浙江农业学报ActaAgriculturaeZhejiangensis1(61):25~29,2004免疫增强剂对中华绒螯蟹免疫功能的影响沈锦玉,刘问,曹铮,尹文林,沈智华,钱冬,吴颖蕾(浙江省淡水水产研究所,浙江湖州313001)摘要:用3种不同免疫增强剂多糖(laminarin)、灭活细菌苗、壳聚多糖(chitosan)注射(分别为A、B、C组,对照为D组)和添加饵料饲喂中华绒螯蟹(多糖为E组,灭活细菌苗为F组,壳聚多糖为G组,对照为H组),在不同时间取样测定中华绒螯蟹血清中非特异性免疫指标的变化及中华绒螯蟹的免疫保护率。结果
2、表明:注射后48h,A、B、C组中华绒螯蟹血清中溶菌酶活力分别为0.185,0.234,0.233,对照组为0.094,经t检验,差异不显著;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活力分别为283.2,263.5,289.8,对照组为120.15,经t检验,A、B组血清中SOD活力差异极显著,C组差异显著。口服免疫增强剂后第9天,血清中溶菌酶、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活力明显高于对照组,经t检验,各组血清中溶菌酶活力与对照相比,差异极显著;SOD的活力与对照相比,E组差异极显著,F、G组差异显著。注射免疫增强剂组蟹的免疫保护率达75%,而口
