5、chains.ThedrFcRn/Fccontactresiduesarehighlyconservedandpredictedtobindbothconventional(IgG1)andheavychain(IgG2a,IgG3)antibodies.Usingimmunohistochemistry,wedetecteditsexpressioninthehepatocytesandinepithelialcellsofportalbileductuliandalsointhemammaryglandaci

6、niandducti.Remarkably,Ser313,thatwasidentifiedtobecrucialforapicaltobasolateraltranscytosis,issubstitutedinthedrFcRnachain.ThefulllengthofthedogandorangutanFcRnachainswasalsoidentifiedfromdatabases.Analyzingthephylogeneticrelatednessofthisgenewefoundthatdromeda
