2、教育部重点实验室;2.环境与能源学院化学化工系,北京100124)摘要:以硅藻土为基核采用共沉淀法,制备Sb-SnO2包覆前驱体,通过焙烧制备了多孔结构导电复合材料.Sb-SnO2包覆率影响产物导电性、焙烧温度影响Sb-SnO2晶胞参数和晶粒大小,进而影响产物导阻率.采用XRD、SEM、TEM、EDS、BET、FT-IR对样品进行了表征,采用四探针仪测试样品导电性能.当n(Sn)/n(Sb)=8/1、包覆率为25.8%、700℃焙烧样品电阻率最低为22Ω⋅cm,并具有介孔结构,孔径为6nm.关键词:硅藻土;多孔结构;Sb-SnO2包覆;导电性;电阻率中图分类号:

6、ials.ThesampleswerecharacterizedbymeansofX-raydiffraction(XRD),scanningelectronmicroscope(SEM),trans-missionelectronmicrocope(TEM),energy-dispersiveX-rayspectrometry(EDS),N2adsorption-desorptionmeas-urement(BET),andFouriertransforminfraredspectrometry(FT-IR).Theconductiveperformanceo
