3、Provisions”),PartyAandPartyB,havingreachedanagreementbasedontheprinciplesofequality,willingnessandmutualbenefit,herebyenterintothisContractonmattersinrelationtotheLeaseofthePropertybyPartyAtoPartyB.一、出租房屋情况ConditionoftheLeaseorPre-LeaseProperty1-1甲方出租（出租）给乙
