2、分为产纤维素酶的沙漠极端环境放线菌分离筛选及多相分类鉴定。从新疆鄯善县典型沙漠土壤样品中分离到60多株放线菌菌株,通过对其纤维素酶产生定性测定,发现有9株沙漠放线菌均可以在以CMC-Na为唯一碳源的培养基上很好地生长,说明其可以产生纤维素酶。采用多相分类技术对筛选到的产纤维素酶放线菌进行了系统的分类研究,通过对其形态特征、生理生化特性、细胞壁化学组分以及16SrRNA基因序列分析等的研究,结果表明:9株产纤维素酶的放线菌中有7株属于链霉菌属(Streptomyces),只有菌株XJSS.08属于莫拉式菌属(Moraxe
