2、后一周结石清除率为86.5%,术后1个月的结石清除率为97.4%。mPCNL组术后一周结石清除率为96%,术后1个月结石清除率为98%。开放手术100%一次性成功。结论采用mPCNL首次治疗输尿管上段结石有很高的结石清除率;URSL联合ESWL可以提高疗效,气压弹道碎石和钬激光碎石治疗输尿管上段结石无明显统计学差异;ESWI治疗需要多次碎石,且排石过程较慢,必要时需要URSL配合治疗:开放手术是所有微创手术的基础和有力保障,也是处理复杂结石及合并其他疾病时的主要治疗手段。关键词输尿管上段结石;体外冲击波碎石;输尿管镜;微创经皮肾穿刺取石术·英文结构式摘要·Dis
