2、ghdiversification，bettheotherfailedevenbroke．Asaresult，itisimportanttoprobeintotheimpactofdiversificationonperformance．Privateenterpriseshavebeenanondeductiblepartoftheeconomyinourcountry,theyexpandedtheirsizesgraduallyfromreformandopening—uptime．Whattheydidinthemarketshou

3、ldnotbebelittled．However,comparedwiththestate—ownershipenterprises，whatprivateenterprisesfaceismorerestrictiveandmoreobstacles，whichincludenotonlyfinancingdifficulty,butalsointermsofmarketaccesspolicies．Privateenterpriseswerenotallowedtogetintothoseindustriessuchasautomobi

4、le，energyandSOon．Thosedoorsillswhichconsistintheinvestmentandreinvestmentarecalledbarrierstoenterinto，makeithardertoenterintothehigh—barrierindustries．PrivateenterprisesplayanactivepartinthediversifiedwaveinthelastcenturyinOurcountry,butnotalloftheresultsofdiversificationw
