5、ctive.Oneimportantreasonisthatthedecision-makingmodelisimperfectdecision-makingmodelisthelackofeffectivecostandbenefitanalysisindecisionmaking.Afterresearchinglotsofinformation,takingacombinationofqualitativeandquantitativeresearchmethods,aswellasapplyingthecombinationofcostand
6、benefitanalysismethod,thepapersummarizedtheprevioushumanresourcesoutsourcing,aggregate,andputforwardtheirpointofview,tryingtoestablishacost-benefitanalysisasthecoreofhumanresourceoutsourcingdecisions.Itwasprovedtobeaneffectivemethodbyanalyzingtheeffectivenessandcostandintroduci
