3、nlaborcostsinevitable.Inthecontextofthetimes,tomakeenterprisesmaintaintheimpetus,thehumanresourcesdepartmentneedstocontinuetohuntthetalentedpeopleandimprovethemanagementsysteminordertosavecosts,whichrequiresliberationfromthetediousclericalwork.Humanresourcesoutsourcinghasbecome

5、ctive.Oneimportantreasonisthatthedecision-makingmodelisimperfectdecision-makingmodelisthelackofeffectivecostandbenefitanalysisindecisionmaking.Afterresearchinglotsofinformation,takingacombinationofqualitativeandquantitativeresearchmethods,aswellasapplyingthecombinationofcostand
