2、文从实现沙生灌木机械化平茬出发,以试验中测得的沙柳原条切削力为依据,通过切削功率的计算,研宄平茬机具的动力匹配与平茬机械。动力机械选择在农村、牧区应用广泛的四轮拖拉机,通过V带传动、斜齿轮传动、轴传动、锥齿轮传动,将四轮拖拉机的动力输出传递到平茬切削机构。最终设计的传动机构在四轮拖拉机前方,切削机构在四轮拖拉机的一侧,可避免车胎对割茬的碾压。平茬切削刀盘的设计以切削试验中的楔形刀参数为依据;刀盘转速3500r/min,旋转半径150mm,切削速度为54.95m/s,切削速度高,可防止茬口的撕裂;割幅宽度250
