6、案一、工程概述箱梁设计为32m后张法预应力混凝土单箱单室简支箱梁,梁长32.6m,梁体砼设计强度C50,封锚采用强度等级C50的干硬性补偿收缩混凝土,箱梁顶宽12.20m,底宽为5.30m,梁体中心梁高2.686m。为了保证在箱梁混凝土浇注拆模后满足设计的外形尺寸及拱度要求,检验台座的整体稳定性及实际承载能力,以消除台座的非弹性变形和地基的压缩沉降影响。在施工箱梁前需进行台座预压和地基压缩试验,避免箱梁砼因台座不均匀沉降而出现裂缝,在浇筑箱梁混凝土前前要进行台座的压载试验。制梁台座通过简化受力荷载,采用砂袋代替预压荷载,加载如图。本方案主要针对1#
