2、输枢纽设施、运输组织及管理中心和物流信息中心，以及适应城市物流管理与运作需要的物流基础设施。郑州华南城集团物流园区作为河南省内首家，乃至中原首家大型综合物流平台，占据有利地势，以拥有强大的业态功能，成为未来商贸物流中的领头部队。本文首先从物流园区的一般理论入手，对物流园区的分类进行细致划分，并提出郑州华南城集团物流园区的类型；其次，针对郑州地区物流园区的发展历史，对郑州华南城集团物流园区的优劣进行分析，提出郑州华南城集团物流园区发展的必要性。最后，本文将提出政府应从产业扶持、园区开发和园区管理等方面给予郑州华南城集团物
