1、CA6140车床主轴箱设计摘要在我们的平时生活生产中,人们使用着种类很多的设备和机器。这些设备和机器都是有不同种类的机械零件组成,且金属零件有很大一部分。金属零件主要利用机床加工,而车床是车削加工的设备,在切削加工中广泛使用,约占切削加工机床总数的20%~30%。车削加工主要用于加工各种回转表面,如内、外圆柱面、圆锥面及其成型回转表面等。CA6140机床是典型的车削加工机床,其中主轴箱是机床组成的核心部件,主轴箱的作用是将电动机的运动传递到主轴上,实现车削回转运动。本次论文设计主要包括传动方案及传动系统图的拟定,包含
2、转速的设计、结构式的确定及工艺范围;各轴传递功率及力矩的计算;主要部件的设计及校核;主轴箱的主要部件主要包括箱体、传动轴、齿轮及带轮。最终确定主轴箱的整体结构设计。关键词:车床;CA6140;主轴箱;传动轴IAbstractIntheproductionandlifeofmodernsociety,peopleuseallkindsofmachines,instrumentsandtools.Thesefacilitiesandequipmentareofvariouskindsofmachineryparts,an
